No loading or unloading of multiplus 2. Battery low although high voltage.

My system (Multiplus II GX, 48V with pylontech US3000c) was running 1 year wo problems. After I changed battery type from LiFePo4 to Pb-acid and back to LiFePo4 I got low battery alarm. Since that moment there was no ESS relais test done anymore. I loaded the battery up to 50V and more (by direct charge) but still "low battery" alarm.

The Switch is on "I". I did many resets (AC off / Switch Off - also pos. "II" tried) but no change / no reaction of "ESS relay test" (no clicking of relais on Switch or power ON). Communication to battery is via CAN-Bus, it works fine and BMS has no alarms or failure.

Any Help available? Thanks!

Have you changed the battery settings as per https://www.victronenergy.com/live/battery_compatibility:pylontech_phantom ? How many batteries and which MP?

Thank you, but as I told, the system was running perfect for 1 year with all numbers set nearly same as described in your Link (also battery cut off values on low voltage around 46V. Sustain 48V + 1.2V offset.

Do you still have the ESS Assistant?

I think I still have ESS Assistant / Multiplus uses it as I can see and change all parameters in the remote console (or what do you mean with "have the assistant"?). I changed minimal some numbers and uploaded new VEconfig file AFTER the problem occured, but also no change in reaction.

My Problem was solved by updating OS and Firmware on latest version. Unbelievable!...But I am lucky!
