Compact 12/2000 Clicks, but doesn't switch to generator

I mocked this system up on a piece of plywood before I installed it on my boat. Now when the genset comes on, the charger/inverter just clicks, but no generator power is passed through. The inverter is still working and it is not charging. When I mocked it up, I only used shore power to test. (No access to a generator).

It is most likely going to be an issue with the output of the generator. If you have a MK3 you can connect to the inverter with a laptop and use ve.configure to see what is going on in realtime.
