Dear Victron community,
my victron 25.6v/200Ah is showing strange signs. it is now indicating that it is a 12V/200AH and when connectied to the blue tooth you can only see 4 cells insted of 8. My system has two batteries connected in series but the other is perfectly fine. This system has been working well for one and half years. until of recent. i updated the firmware yesterday but it has not changed this situation.
