Multiplus transfer switch

24/5000 Multiplus does not transfer the shore to be activated. It just doesn't work in charging mode either. when ı connect to Victron connect. Multiplus try to active but ıt can not be succeed. The Multiplus is going on to start as a inverter. There is no phase, frequency or voltage problem. How can ı fix the problem. Thanks.

How are you trying to connect to it with Victron Connect? By bluetooth?

The inverter default is to ignore AC until progrmamed otherwise.

ı connected to Multiplus with using MK3 interface... How the inverter default is to ignore AC ? Multiplus normally transfer the shore when we connect to the AC and start the charging. But when I plug in the shore it tries to take over but fails to succeed.
