I have noticed that in my 3-phase grid-serial system (3x Multiplus 5000) without smart meter (such as EM24) the counting of electricity is wrong. As I found out the ac-in purchase from the grid is not balanced (in Germany the 3 phases are billed balanced). So it is shown in the vrm portal up to 4kwh consumption. At the net meter of the electricity provider there is no acquisition (value remains).
It shows that the grid setpoint works well, but I would like also correct values in the vrm portal.
Do you have any ideas?
