Remote VE Configure Quattro iPad

Hi, is it possible to use iOS on iPad to use Remote VE configure? I can download the file to edit but cannot open it, is the VE configure program not compatible with Apple? Thanks in advance for any guidance

Ve configure is a windows only config tool.

Victron connect works on apple devices but does not support the required USB connection for local access to an inverter, but does on a mac.
