Victron Quattro Not Switching to AC1 or Grid

423ac890-05ff-4eef-9266-9f6f95226f79.jpegGood day Team, my Quattro is connected to my load, and on low battery refuses to switch to Grid (at times it will for a brief period then switch back to Inverter or Battery and then fail on low voltage. I’ve tried adjusting the AC input settings, disabled UPS function, and etc. Any help would be appreciated, thank you and see the attached photos of the the connections to the autotransformer.

A wiring diagram might help.


Check the AC voltage at the Quattro input and compare that with the programmed input range.

We would need to see the settings on the VE config file to see what those are, to get a full picture
