Quattro 48/5000 Slave overloads and makes horribly loud noise when AC output breaker is flipped on.

Everything seems fine but when I flip on the AC output breaker super loud noise and overload lights come on.

Master / Slave as in a parallel configuration? You either have a configuration mistake or a wiring mistake.

It is paralleled the L1 slave is causing th issue. The outputs of L1 master and slave go through over current protection device and then to a common bus bar and then to OCPD ahead of the load.
