My BMV712 keeps loosing the values for soc and last discharge. I have cycled the power to it but am still seeing the issue. Can anyone give me any insight as to why this would happen? Thank you.

Power cycling is the problem.
When cycled then the SOC is reset to 100% or you can configure it to be unknown after a reset
