Minimum Current Limit Issue with Control Panel (Quattro)

I have power assist enabled and running AC2 using a Quattro 8k (240v). When I connect the control panel the lowest I can set the current limit is 11amps. However if I unplug the control panel and set the current limit in the Cerbo GX I can set it to 10amps. Why wouldn't the limit go down to at least 10a (20a 120v)? I would prefer to dial it back to 8amps so I can be on a 20amp normal circuit without popping the breaker. Why doesn't the limit go lower with power assist enabled? And why doesn't the current limit for the physical control panel go below 11amps?
