BMV 712 doesn't mesure incoming

Hello.. My BMV 712 Smart is not measuring the incoming power... I have it in a camper van and when connected to the power, the battery charges but the indicator is always empty, the current flow when connected to the 220 is always with - and the value, and when going through the menu, in the Amp charged history is 0...

Guessing it's not wired correctly. The shunt should be the only connection to your battery negative terminal. All connections that would normally go to the battery negative must be moved to the load side of the shunt.

This includes any connection from the battery negative to the vehicle chassis and/or starter battery, this must also go on the load side of the shunt and is one of the common reasons why alternator charging is not registered.
