When the MultiPlus II is set to 15/20 amp ac in, plugged into 20 amp shore power and the watts are maxed for said amps, and the battery bank is low, will the battery charge be delayed until the watts being used stop? In other words will it do it in phases?
Ac loads on output takes priority over battery charging. In other words, as long as the ac load is greater than or equal to the ac input current limit, battery charging will not happen. As the load decreases, any available power above the input current limit will then go toward battery charging.
