Ability to read log files using VictronConfigure - is it possible?

Is there any way of retrieving log data form a Multiplus 12/16000/70 using the Victron Configure software?

I'm looking for activity time stamps such as 'Switched to AC1' or 'Charging Bulk' etc.

Nope. But VRM has an event and alarm log which you can configure to alert on most things like that.
