Batteries not being used to power the house on random occasions

I have 25kwh of PylonTech batteries which are charge up on cheap lekki overnight via 2 Multiplus IIs. They feed the house most of the time >90% but at times the house circuits draw from the grid when there’s loads of spare capacity in the batteries. The pic shows only 150watts but it can be more like 500watts. Any thoughts? Thanks Richard. img-6561.jpeg

Do you have ESS installed?

See linked resources on the oage and look up controlling deoth of discharge in the ESS manual
