Multiplus 2 No AC out

Hi,

I only recently got the multiplus 2 setup. It was working fine for a week, charging from the mains to lifepo4 batteries.

However, today after fully charging, the unit stopped working and will not turn on. No lights at all.


There is voltage from the DC terminals matching the batteries, also 230v is showing on the AC IN.

The AC Out 1 is not showing a voltage at all. Is there something wrong internally with the unit?

Yes, when the unit is OFF, the internal relays will open, AC OUT = 0 volts
What is the voltage, measured at the Battery Terminals in the Multiplus?
