BMV-712 Smart. Cannot do FW upgrade via Bluetooth using Samsung S8 phone.

FW starts and stops multiple times. Finally, I get a message that says "device unusable". Upload from a PC works fine. My phone is on the compatible list. All other Bluetooth functions are OK. Only the FW update doesn't work.

Thanks for reporting, The work around is usually to find another device.

I have passed this on to the developer.

FYI - I have an S5 and it works fine with firmware updates. My wife has an S8 and I have used it to review data but not to update firmware, I might use the S8 next time to see if it works for me.

Please do, another example is extremely useful in cases like this.
