You will need to provide a lot more information. There is nothing here that would allow anyone to assist you beyond guessing.

Detail the environment and configuration thereof, provide supporting charts from vrm etc.

I will take an educated guess and say it is the battery side that has an issue.

How big are your DC cables and battery bank, how is it wired. What switchgear do you have there?

What are your LOM settings?
