BlueSolar Charge Controller MPPT 100/50 not charging

Trying to troubleshoot why I am not getting any charge through my new MPPT. I just connected everything up, have plenty of sun, and I am getting the long pause and quick one blink blue LED, meaning the voltage is too low. However it says the voltage is 17.97v coming in from my panels (4x100w mono panels), which seems like it should be enough for a charge, but no reading on the amps and no watt reading. My system is a 600Ah 12v system. img-4558.jpg

@e.trent as per the mppt manual the PV voltage has to be 5v higher than the battery voltage for charging to start.

You could rewire your panels as 2 series x 2 parallel.

A lot of people seem to make this mistake. While PWM chargers work best with 17 - 20V from the panels, MPPT chargers *NEED* the hihgher voltage, as mentioned above. This also reduces losses in the PV cables.
