Quattro Troubleshooting

Hello, looking for troubleshooting advice for our Quattro Inverter Charger 12/5000/120.

When the Quattro is getting 110v from the genset, it will almost immediately go into charge mode. After 2-3 minutes the bypass function sends 110v to the AC Distribution panel. Once we apply load at the distribution panel, after a few minutes the Quattro will start the inverter function (boost?) and the unit will trip / reset. When it comes back on line, the same behavior will result. No errors are reported on the Cerbo.

The unit works fine when charging or inverting only.

Hopefully, your generator is putting out closer to 120V.

When connected to AC power, the unit passes through the input to the loads and charges with surplus. "Surplus" is defined as any current available above loads but under the AC input current limit, e.g., if you're input is limited to 15A, and you're using 5A of loads, it can use 10A for charging.

The AC input current limit is also the threshold where PowerAssist kicks in to prevent overloading the input.

Unstable generator power is also an influence. Consult the following to ensure you are correctly configured:

Is the Quattro tripping or is the generator tripping?

Thanks snoobler. The UPS and Current Limiting settings were adjusted and that seems to have sorted the problem.
