Mppt total unit failure?

Hi. Batteries are low an mppt 100120 cannot find device on either phone to see what's happening. I've done a reset, via fuse removal,on charge controller and done all android troubleshooting steps, despairing, updating, checking settings etc

I've checked battery connections

The green led is on constant but battery BMS shows 12.7

I've created a service log report but don't know where to send it

I'm in bright sun and batteries not charging

How do I tell if unit is a total failure? It's a year old

Thanks so much, having a panic at anchor

First disconnect the PV from the MPPT and only after that disconnect the battery.

Wait 3 minutes.

Connect the battery back. Be very carefull to the polarity.

Try to connect with a phone again.

If it looks OK, connect the PV wires.
