MULTIPLUS 24|5000|120-100 IN FAULT STATE AFTER FIRMWARE UPDATE

I am still in a dilemma on what to do, after a firmware update from v159 to v502, my MULTIPLUS is a permanent fault state with the message “Overload L1 Ve Bus System”. I still need your help guys. Should I roll back to previous firmware v159?

If you drop the AC feed does it resolve after a reset, ie just run it off battery.

Did you run veconfig and restore settings on the multi? Firmware update always wipes out settings

Yes, i did restore settings after the firmware update
