Installation Second-hand device - Safety <> simultaneous access possible ?

Hello All,

have purchased a used Multiplus II 5000 GX and installed it today.

If the former user approve via mail the GX registration in my VR portal.
(or alternatively just delete the system in his portal !?).

When I sucessfully see it in my Portal ->
Can the old user then also still access it at the same time ?
That would be for me in terms of security very questionable :-(

If you look on the vrm under settings and users, only people shown as users can access your system.

if they are still there as users and you do not want them to see youir site then just remove them as a user
