Combine 75/15 with 100/30 ?

can I combine 75/15 with 100/30 mppt Victron controllers?

By combine to charge one battery, yes.

You do need to check if your battery should be charged with 45amps.

would it work that principle also if is connected to batteries in series ?

No. Each must either be connected to the battery terminals, or to a bus bar that is then connected to the terminals.

And there should be battery cable fusing. As well as a way to disconnect the solar panels feeding each mppt.
