shall i over size the panel input of mppt,using mppt sizing calculator with other brand solar panels,in case if exceed the input which is mention in the datasheet of mppt is it damage the controller,if it was damaged in that case is it cover warranty replacement.

It's ok to exceed the nominal W spec, but *never* exceed the string Voc, nor parallel string's total Isc (edited V to I). Victron would be quite within their rights to reject a warranty claim then.
Not saying they would, cos goodwill goes a long way.. But exceeding those particular things is asking for failure, and someone's gotta pay.
Other branded solar panels are no issue. They work the 'same'.
