Is there a way to have a "soft start" on the generator load, my vitron Quatro is raising the load to quickly, would like to raise from 0 - full load over 2 min.

There is, it's called Dynamic Current Limiter. Found in the Quattro's General settings.
But it doesn't take 2 minutes, more like 10 seconds or so. That's usually adequate for most gensets. If you're really after a warmup time or something, then this could be done with Assistants, but a lot more involved to set up.
Try the DCL, and come back if you need more..
