BMV-700 not setting up,

Hi , New in installing my Battery monitor BMV-700, the power is on, but when i want to put the Amp Hrs in, only the first digit works and by selecting SELECT the digit does not move to the second one to be changed , is there problem with the unit? I tried to find tech support in USA, no result.

best is to get a the Victron Bluetooth dongle as this makes setting easy,

But, the question is : I should be able to do it without the Dongle anyway, don't you agree?

Hi @wes yes it should work with the select button, if the button does not work you should contact your dealer for replacement. (does the button do anything?)
