BMV-702 always reads 100% charge

I have a newly installed BMV -702 with a 840 AH @ 20 hours battery bank. It was professionally installed and programmed by a knowledgeable reputable Yacht Yard who are experts in this sort of stuff

The % charge is reading 100% after a voltage drop from 13 to 12.6 over 2 days

I solved a similar issue by disconnecting ALL wires from the load side of the shunt (and there should be NO other connections to the negative battery post(s) except for the battery side of the shunt). When you've done that, the current drain must actually be zero. Do a "Zero Current Calibration" from the app (I don't know if you can do that from the display unit itself), and then hook things back up. Seems to have worked for me.
