5kva multi-plus inverter not charging.

5kva multi-plus inverter not charging after heavy rain falls with thunder lighting. not even seeing the mains from VE-configure when i check, what can i do to fix this problem

Sounds like you will need to take the unit to a service center for check and repair

I presume that you have checked to make sure there is AC power on the Inverters AC1 in Connection

system does not show the mains power, but when measured with multi-meter it shows the voltage. but with ve-configure you wouldn't see the mains power input

there is a fault in your inverter suggest you take it in for service
