modular fuse holder for mega-fuse

I have noticed the bolts are exposed on the bottom of the fuse holder, which I found very odd and have not seen before on any fuse holder on the market. There seems to be a shock/short hazard when mounting these fuse holders as there is not even a half millimeter between bolt and mounting surface. What do you recommend for mounting these fuse holders?

usually the fuse holder are mounted on NON metallic products, as the units are rated for less than 50 volts there is no shock hazzard, and to avoid a posiable short hazzard please mount on a non metallic surface would be my recommendation
