PV tension without PV pluged in

Hello every one.

I checked the manual and the forum without finding an answer.

I have cinnected an MPPT 100-50 to a 12v battery.

The MPPT turns on and communicates via vrme well.

My question is : I have 14V on the battery and 13V on the PV plugs.

is it normal to have tension on the PV plugs without Solar Pannels?

Thank you

based on other posts on the forum, it is worth sending it in for an RMA

Thank you Alexandra.

Someone asked me

"By PV voltage - voltage you have tested with a meter? or voltage reported by the mppt?"

Actually, both meter and the Reading of MPPT through Victron Connect.

Does anybody have checked this?

I didn't find a post dealubg with this in the forum. I will look again.

Thank you

That was me then I edited my answer. Usually there will be a fuse blown internally that does that.
