MPPT 100/30 Zero Solar watts, 0.01 Solar Volts 0.0 Amps

Current set up: 22FT 2018 Airstream

100/30 w built in Bluetooth connected (+) to hot bus bar with 10 amp inline fuse and (-) to neutral bus

1 - 115 watt Zamp Solar

1 Interstate SRM 24 12v wet battery

This is the image from the app.

Controller shows blinking "Bulk" indicator light

When I plug in the panels, I see an increase in the Battery Voltage (tells me the panels are providing some energy to the controller)

When I engage the battery switch, I see a minor reduction in Battery Voltage

As I turn lights, radio fans etc on/off there is fluctuation in the battery Voltage

What I have not seen in any change in is Solar Watt, Voltage or Current.

Where have I gone wrong or is this simply how the system operates?

Sounds like a wiring problem, do you have pictures of the wiring?

Hey,

Could you Tell me how you solved your problem? Because I have the same. Right after I plugged in my PV, the mppt tells me that I have 0.01v and no watts. The Batterie is all good.

Thanks :)

He said that he had a loose fuse. This seems like a wiring problem. Be it a loose connection, or reversed leads on the terminals.

0V PV could also be a reverse polarity.

Please look trough the troubleshooting in the manual.

Problem solved. In line fuse on Zamp panel was loose. All systems working and readings are within normal limits.
