How to factory reset for MPPT 150/100 VE.Can?

Hello sir, I have Error # 311 for Solar charge MPPT 150/100 VE.Can, and i cannot reset to factory for Solar charge MPPT 150/100 VE.Can, I try to use VictronConnect APP to reset them, but this action is not complete, and the charge controller is not affected to this method, please you tell for how to fix this promblem for me, Thank you
