We have a Multiplus 12/3000/120-50 that is not charging when connected to shore power. It also does not allow pass-through. I believe it reads "no AC-input". So it is not sensing the AC-in. The inverter is working.
I have gone through all of the settings using both VEconfig and Victron Connect, and everything seems fine. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
