Multiplus II 24v stopped working after shore power disconnected

I have a Multiplus II 24v that has been working fine until I unplugged from a 50a shore power and now I cannot get it to turn back on. I am getting 26v at the terminal lugs. I also have tried turning everything off, waiting, then turn on, but still nothing

Will it turn on if shore power reconnected?

Have you checked the turn on voltage in the Multiplus settings?

Works fine on shore, just shuts down when unplugged, where di I find turn on voltage

If it works on shore power but no on inverting, then either

1. your batteries are dead/depleted or

2. the fuse/disconnect between the inverter has blown or tripped.

By 26v at the terminals are you measuring this with or without shore connected?

Batteries are fine, 26v is without shore also tests same at battery

You will beed to check your dc shutdown and restart values then under inverter
