Hello, following the purchase of a Multiplus 2 48v 3000va the AES mode does not work with the default settings, I use it alone with an MK3 interface.
I have done the last update but the problem persists,

What settings have you made for AES?

There was a bug in AES that meant it wouldn't start unless the wattage was set at about 30 or higher. Looks like it hasn't been fixed. But you could try checking if there's a firmware update available. If there is, make sure you fully understand the instructions, you're probably going to have to reconfigure the system after installing it.
