VE BUS ERROR 18: AC Overvolatge on the output of a slave has occurred while already switched off

We have set up two Quattro 48/10000 in parallel and AC coupled with two Fronius Primo 8.2 , All firmware is up to date, cables same length and we have Master and slave unit. This system i installed it on February this year and it started giving this error on October i tried many things to solve this issue but it still there. Any who is familiar with this error and how to eliminate it?

Any help is appreciated.
