Multi RS Solar 48/6000 Error 27

Hey,

I've just received my new Multi RS Solar 48/6000.

Connected only to a 48v / 300ah lead acid battery system, it shows error 27.

I can reach it via Bluetooth, but the inverter part won't start. Also when I connect PV, it doesn't show the voltages.

Any ideas besides returning the unit?

Kind regards

Alex

Yes, tried that multiple times, as well with different sources (batteries, PV, public grid at AC In, and all combinations).

Always with 10 minutes break. Didn't help :-(

Ok, in that case I guess you have to take it back to your seller to get a replacement.

@Ahaz_Alex

Reset the settings. Update the firmware.

Remove everything from the system. Wait 10 minutes. Make sure all is discharged internally.

Connect the battery using a precharge resistor or circuit.

Then try again with setting up the paramters, connect ac wiring, solar etc.

@Alexandra Thanks for this genius idea. Shame on me for not trying that before.

Disconnected everything, waited half an hour, used a 50v 10a laboratory psu with a 1A inrush limit. Connected, booting, error 27....

Damn, nice try, so thank you.

Current is at 30mA after the inrush moment. Seems legit for me.
