I have just unboxed my new Phoenix 24/5000 inverter and out of curiosity just measured the conductivity between the AC out, live and ground terminals. The device is just sitting unconnected on the workbench, straight out of the box. To my amazement, it seems like the live terminal is shorted to ground when the inverter is not powered. Is this normal for these inverters?
