Bmv712 logging spikes

Hi everyone,

The victron VRM could be set to log each minute.

If I have a system that draws 300mA and from time to time I get theese spikes at 20Amp for 10 secounds. Will the spikes be logged in VRM? I guess not, beacuse the chance of logging when the spike is happening is not that high so It is most likely to log when the current is 300mA. I understand that the spikes will be calculated in the energy consumption calculation, but the spikes will not be measured? Can someone confirm or not confirm my thinking?

Thank you

@victronboat

Confirmed 60second logging misses the 59seconds where stuff could happen.

Trends in victron connect works better for the spikes. But can also miss them.
