Are the IP22 charger AC and DC sides galvanic isolated from each other?

I own an IP22 12V/30A(3) charger, and I would like to keep my DC net isolated from the shore-ground. (To avoid galvanic isolation) The IP22 charger is the only equipment that could connect them together, so interesting to know if the DC outputs are floating (isolated from AC input ground)
Anybody that knows their design, of who has done some measurements? Sharing would be appreciated!
