PV STATE OF CHARGE AT 0%

My PV state of charge is stuck at 0% while at float state. do i need a BMS?

More info please. What components does the installation consist of, photos, screenshots, system diagram?

So sorry for the late response, System is made up of MultiPlus 24/5000/120-100, BlueSolar Charger MPPT 150/70 (VE.Direct) and a CCGX 1665940808627.jpeg

You also asked if you need a BMS, what battery do you have?

Is there a battery monitor/shunt in the system or does the 0% come from the battery monitor in the MultiPlus?
