Multiplus-II 2x120v. Mount in my RV adjacent to heater ?

I have some empty space in my RV that will fit the MultiPlus, but the cabinet is inside the living space of RV. The front "wall" of cabinet already has louvers so the heater can breath. I would put more louvers to further increase airflow. If I put it in this location, will fans noises be an issue ? Ideally it would not go in front storage compartment as that is already under the bed and has less airflow as its an enclosed compartment. BTW: This cabinet is where the street power line goes thru and is < 2 ft from fuse/breaker box but is likely around 15ft from batteries.

Yes, fan and transformer both make quite a bit of noise. I'd try to place the multi in one of the outside lockers, as close to the batteries as possible
