Hello Victron Community I have a problem with the communication between the inverter and the color control as soon I plug in the communication cable on the Gx device the inverter trips what could be the fault

Please make sure you have connected to the correct ports - VE BUS. If you have accidentally put it in the wrong port (ethernet etc) , this can happen.
