Raspberry Pi Upgrade

Hi!

Is it possible to use my SD Card with Venus OS both on Raspberry Pi 3 and Raspberry Pi 4?
Or do I have to do a fresh install upgrading my Raspberry?
I just bought a 8GB Pi 4 and was hoping for better performance ;)

A new install, as the RPI3 image and RPI4 images are different.
