Multiplus 24/3000 stuck at 86% battery

Hi there,

I have a issue since last week with my Multiplus 24V/3000 (2 x Ultracell AGM 12V/250A) the system it's stuck at 86%, showing strange voltages, as example 23.76V, two seconds later 27.50V. I compared the VE Configuration file with another system (nearly the same) has the same settings.

Can be a battery fault in just one year of use?

Yes it is very likely theta the batteries are faulty. AGM batteries need to be very specifically and carefully looked after.

It is likely there is high internal resistance in the batteries, which is why the voltage at the multiplus terminals spikes. The battery cannot take a charge anymore.

The nost common issue is the electrolyte dries out inside.
