SmartSolar MPPT VE.Can 150/85 only 12/24 Volt

c6293d64-7b3b-4239-a5e8-aa2f04ca8f31.jpegI got a brand new SmartSolar MPPT VE.Can 150/85 and on the label the device is rated for 12 and 24 Volt.

But when I look into the APP I can set all voltage 12/24/36/48. I want to use a battery with 48 Volt. Why on the label there is no 48 Volt, even if I can select it with the APP?

Can I use this SmartSolar MPPT VE.Can 150/85 with 48 Volt?

@Gahtow

Some models are 12/24 some are for 48V

The model number is important

This is true for a whole range of them.

That is indeed a 12V / 24V model, the label is correct.
VictronConnect may well allow you to select 48V but the unit may not work reliably on 48V and so you may end up with problems.
If you ordered a 48V model then you'd need to send this back to your distributor and they supply you with a model capable of 48V operation.
