BMV 712 doesn't match battery % state

Hi, please help!! I have 900A bank battery (48v) and MPPT 450/100, despite MPPT is on "float" condition, BMV does not increase battery % , why is not working?

It sounds like the mppt's negative has been connected directly to the battery negative, rather than the system side of the shunt.

Please check.
