Victron multiplus 48v 5kw inverter shuts off when grid falls away

Hey guys, i got a multiplus 48v 5000w inverter connected to a 5.5kw hubble lithium ion battery. When the grid falls away my inverter will just switch off at times (battery is full) and the low battery light will come on. If i manually switch the inverter off and on again the system works..... The inverter is set as a ups and allows different frequencies. The inverter only does this when we have loadshedding during the day but not at night...... Any advice will be appreciated

Thats not enough battery for that inverter. Most likely your load is making the bms cut out. They aren’t supported on the system and you’re not the first to have this issue.

They are quite low voltage so fewer cells and more prone to voltage drop.

Hubble, bubble, toil and trouble.,

To add. Its a 4000W inverter and it will only manage that in SA for a few minutes. In current temps, 3500W is pushing it.
