Solar Voltage erratic or pulsing, MPPT 100/30

I have X2 250-watt panels in series and x2 12V 110Ah in parallel. Last night and this morning the Voltage on the Solar is very erratic, is this just a bug or something I have done? Should I climb up to check all solar connections I guess? only started doing it at dusk. Thank you

Perfectly normal mode of operation.

The mppt is doing a scan to work out the array voltage that gives the highest power output.
