Multiplus get stucked in off state.

I have fw 497 and still have the problem. What fw is stable? And how do i downgrade? At the moment i only have victron connect app and cerbo gx ( remote ve config)

If you unplug the cerbo does it switch on?

Unfortuently no. This time I put the state to off directly on the switch at the multiplus. When i put it to on again, it didn't start. I have used the switch in VRM before and thought that this would solve the problem. But it didn't. When I plug in 230 it use to start after a short while and some flipping on the switch. Now I have no shore connection so I cant start the inverter.
